Every new member at Racasino automatically starts at the Bronze VIP tier. No application needed, no forms to fill out — just play and keep earning points. At the end of each month, your tier is upgraded automatically based on your total bets and points.
The most appealing part of the VIP program is its cashback system. Unlike standard bonuses, there are no complicated wagering requirements — a set percentage of your net losses each week is added directly to your balance, and you can withdraw it immediately if you choose.
A Personal Account Manager becomes available from Platinum tier onwards. Your manager doesn't just resolve issues — they learn how you play and put together customized offers for you. Special odds boosts or free bet offers ahead of big BPL or IPL matches are sent directly to you via WhatsApp.
Hear from players who are already enjoying the Racasino VIP experience
Since reaching Platinum, I've had a personal manager. The day before IPL started, he messaged me out of the blue about a special odds boost — that kind of personal attention is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Racasino truly understands what VIP really means.
💎 PlatinumEver since I hit Gold tier, the weekly cashback has been coming in without fail. What I love most is there's no wagering requirement — I get it and can withdraw straight away. I haven't seen this kind of system on any other platform. Now I'm working my way up to Platinum.
🥇 GoldSince reaching Diamond, I've had instant withdrawals — a big win at 2 AM and the cash arrives straight away. I also received the annual VIP gift last year, which was a solid amount in cash credits. Racasino genuinely values its Diamond members.

VIP programs are nothing new in online gaming, but not all of them are created equal. Many platforms slap a VIP label on things while delivering benefits that are barely worth mentioning. Racasino is different — here, VIP membership isn't just a colorful badge. It means measurable, tangible benefits that make a real difference to your everyday gaming experience.
The cashback system is worth explaining in detail. Racasino VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses each week. For example, if you bet ৳10,000 and win ৳7,000 in a week, your net loss is ৳3,000. At the Gold tier, you'd receive 12% of that — ৳360 back as cashback. No wagering requirements apply.
The points system is refreshingly transparent. You earn points on every bet, and once you accumulate enough, your tier upgrades automatically. You can also redeem your points directly for cash or free bets — 1,000 points converts to ৳50 in cash credits. Your points balance is visible in real time on your account dashboard.
If you're just starting out, here's something worth knowing — you don't need to deposit a large sum all at once to become a VIP. Even small, regular bets add up over time. Meaningful benefits kick in from Silver tier, and most active players can get there within a few weeks. Keep an eye on your weekly betting volume — a slight increase might be all it takes to move up to the next tier faster.
Racasino's Diamond tier is truly exclusive — it's not open to the public, it's by invitation only. Demonstrate consistent strong performance at the Elite level and the Racasino VIP team will personally invite you to Diamond. The benefits at this tier are genuinely personalized — offers are tailored to your game preferences, schedule, and preferred payment methods.
Keep in mind that making the most of the VIP program is not the same as betting recklessly. You should never go beyond your budget just to chase maximum cashback or points. Racasino always says it clearly — play within your means, because the fun is what matters most. VIP benefits should feel like a bonus, not a pressure.
Don't bet beyond your budget just to chase VIP points. Racasino lets you set your own deposit and bet limits — VIP members can use these protections too. To learn more, Responsible Gaming Please review this page. This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
